Jenny is deeply committed to healthy minds and bodies. I applaud her for giving voice to the body image conversation, especially with girls and young women.
My daughters participated in Jenny’s Positive Body Image Series during the pandemic when they were 13 and 15 years old. My girls gained a deeper understanding of what it means to be healthy and developed strategies to address challenges stemming from social media. I recommend this program to parents seeking to reinforce positive messages surrounding body image for their children.

"I've been working with Jenny since the 2014/15 school year. Our PTA brings Jenny in annually to present her Body Positivity workshop to our 4th -7th grade girls and their parents. It is such an important topic to cover as we raise our young girls to be strong women and Jenny does a fantastic job making it relevant to the girls. The conversations are always so lively, which demonstrates how comfortable Jenny makes the groups she works with feel. We love working with Jenny so much we're bringing her in next to do a talk for moms on Menopause, Nutrition and Exercise."

I had Jenny come to speak to my son’s 13u baseball team. If you have a young teenage boy, you know the struggle to get healthy food choices into their bodies. Jenny has the extraordinary ability to make choosing the right food options, accessible to younger audiences. We almost immediately saw differences in the snacks the team was bringing to practices and games in the weeks after she came to speak. Jenny would be the first person I would recommend for disseminating nutritional education to the teens who would benefit from her guidance.
