Jenny Maloney

Registered Dietitian & Personal Trainer

Jenny Maloney has been conducting one-on-one nutrition counseling, nutrition workshops, and fitness training sessions for over 20 years.  She has experience in sports nutrition, women’s health and fitness including pre/post natal nutrition and training, child nutrition, health conditions/disease management and prevention, food allergies/intolerances, eating disorders, positive body image, weight management, and more.  She's currently working as a dietitian and trainer at Midtown Athletic Club in Chicago.


Jenny has always been into sports and played Division I collegiate tennis.  She believes in balance when it comes to nutrition and fitness and believes in a well balanced diet that doesn’t require eliminating total food groups or completely depriving yourself of foods that you love.
